Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Surf-Shark Accelerator (referred to as the "Service Provider") regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application (referred to as "the App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or associated trademarks without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App are held by the Service Provider as permitted by law. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or service fees and will communicate material changes through appropriate channels. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or similar actions may weaken device protection and affect App operation.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services such as Google Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also bound by the applicable terms of those providers.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data caps, weak signal, carrier restrictions, or user-side configuration issues. Mobile data or roaming fees may apply when using the App outside Wi-Fi or outside your home region, and those fees are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. Loss of access caused by depleted battery, disabled permissions, or local network problems is not covered by compensation. We work to provide accurate route status and version updates, but some information may depend on third-party infrastructure or providers. For compatibility and security, you agree to install required updates when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate service within a reasonable scope.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Non-Refund Policy: software licenses, digital services, or subscription rights are considered delivered once access is provided and are non-refundable unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

Product Evaluation: users are encouraged to test the free version, trial allowance, or product documentation before purchasing to confirm suitability for their network environment.

Customer Support: if you encounter installation, login, connection, or subscription issues, contact the support team for assistance.

Technical Issues: some network environments may affect service quality. We will try to troubleshoot and provide alternative nodes or configuration suggestions, but technical assistance does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: refunds will not be provided if an account, license key, or digital entitlement is shared, resold, rented, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: we reserve the right to update this refund policy, and changes take effect after publication on the website.
