When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect operational data required for service delivery, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. To recommend suitable nodes, the Service may process approximate regional information. This data is used for: 1. Node recommendations based on Surf-Shark Accelerator routing availability; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate trends; 3. Service communications such as security notices, version updates, or service changes sent to your reserved email or username.

We transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services or Firebase, only for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. We do not share personally identifiable information except where required by law, regulatory process, platform security needs, or trusted service providers operating under confidentiality obligations. To stop new data collection, remove the App using your device's standard uninstall process.

User-provided data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or request deletion of personal profile information, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will take steps to delete it. Guardians may contact us through the same email address.
